FAQ: - We do not perform any of our services on anyone under the age of 16 years of age. Do you offer gift certificates? - Yes *Cannot be exchanged for monetary value- non refundable Can I have a scalp service while wearing extensions? - No. We do not perform any scalp services while you are wearing any type of extensions How many clients can you accommodate? At this time Scalp Bar can accommodate two clients at once. Are there any restrictions? - We do not recommend our services for clients who cannot lay flat (with a bolster under knees), who are undergoing chemotherapy, who have recently undergone head or neck surgery.
CANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE REVIEW- all policies strictly enforced Scalp Bar charges a 50 % cancellation fee for cancellations within 24 hrs of the day of your appointment and same day cancellations. 100% of the entire service will be charged to the card on file for no shows. All Deposits are non refundable LATE POLICY- If your appointment is less than 60 minutes after 10 mins your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 100% of the service. For appointments over 60 mins your appointment will be canceled after 20 minutes and you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Monica founded Scalp Bar to bridge the gap between your hairstylist and dermatologist, offering both targeted scalp therapy and a luxurious spa experience.
